We welcome face to face meetings at our premises or yours and will provide direct dial numbers and direct email addresses so that you can contact the same member of staff every time. Our staff are all friendly and approachable and you will not find any hint of a call centre here.

We honour our promises and will be here when you need us most which is likely to be in the event of a claim.In fact, the head of our Claims Department has commented that she wants the service you receive in the event of a claim to be so great that you’re almost glad you had to make a claim in the first place!
