The only phone call you need to make is the one to let us know what happened and we will take it from there. We will give you essential advice on what to do to mitigate any further losses, on what the next steps are and advise you of the documentation required in order to progress the claim in a fast and effective manner.
We aim to keep you up to date with the progress of your claim and ensure it has as little impact on your day-to-day life as possible. Communication with your Insurers is key and we therefore speak to them on a regular basis to ensure the claim is progressing in the right direction.
