Meet the team

Our staff are focused on providing the best possible advice and service for our customers.

We currently employ thirty five hardworking people and whilst we have taken on additional staff over the years, nobody has left us since mid 2009 when Jill retired after 20 plus years service.

This is partly because all of the staff are highly valued and recognised for their quality and as such rewarded so that they don’t leave. Because Fairweather Insurance is such a positive employer, no one wants to leave.

The result of this is that our clients will be dealt with by happy, committed and professional staff whenever they require quotes, need cover to be arranged or in the event they need to make a claim.

We are proud of our team and each member has their own areas of expertise which, between them, cover all areas of domestic and commercial insurance. For this reason, if you have multiple policies with us, you may speak to different members of the team, so we can be sure that you are getting the right advice.

We pay particular attention to staff training, ensuring our employees are up to date with all relevant legislation, and also to ensure they are knowledgeable about the latest trends and policies in the insurance market.
